[WTB] Looking to buy site (Upto $1,000 - any type!)

Dear Webmasters,

I'm looking to buy sites, with a partner of mine.
Our budget: $750-$1,000 US Dollars.


What we're looking for:
Sites with a steady income - it can be any type of site, but not too high maintenance.
When I say any type of site, I mean normal, to adult, to warez.
It must be a reasonable offer, not a low traffic, zero-earning site.
The purchase will be at my discretion.

You must provide:

• Proof of ownership
• Proof of income
• Traffic records

All primary offers must be placed in the thread (and not through PM) to prevent scams.

What I want you to do?

• Post your offer of the site you want to sell in this thread and for how much
• PM me the traffic/revenue details
• We then negotiate and decide

You must have a good iTrader, and accept PayPal, as I said, it's our discretion, we don't allow newbie sellers.

@ the thread starter... iTrader ratings don't mean a thing. Anybody knows that. also, asking for $750-$1000 sites with via Paypal is a recipe for disaster for the seller. FYI, Paypal *doesn't* guarantee domain sales and the buyer can do a chargeback and get the domain + the money. Any questions about what I'm saying (for sellers or the buyer) all you have to do is search for "domain scammer" here on DP and you'll see what I mean.
