It has a PR3 . It generates in Adsense ~$5 a month. Traffic is between 60 - 100 UV/day . It has over 600 backlinks and 1200 pages indexed by google. The domain is registered at Godaddy and can be pushed free. I will offer you a pack with 1300 flash games for you to install. I've paid some good money for them.

I am using the script from http://www.turnkeyforms.com . The price is so high cause I've spend much more to have a PR 3 in just 2 months, and I expect a PR5 next update.

P.S: Under $300 I'll not lower the minimum bid.

yes it is. Thanks for the irony of the PR8 for your sites, but it's no need here. A PR5 is easier to get then a PR8
