SEO Friendly Directories (mostly High PR)

I got this address a long while ago, before I was into building sites:

I've started to use the directories there mainly to build some links for my first site.

I was thinking that maybe some of you people that are in the SEO bussines may take a look at the site and tell me or others if the directories listed are safe, I mean that there are no directories that would make google ban my site.

Also, I wanted to ask your oppinion about the list, is it good, bad, worth adding my site to all those directories ?

You can submit your website to web directories, if the web directories are banned for some reason that doesn't have anything todo with your listing.. As long as your listing is not listed as a spam website. Good luck submitting.

i used http://info.vilesilencer.com seo directory list all the time when submitting to a directory, all the list in the directory are carefully analyze before including to their list.

I have submittted to infosilencer before and had pretty good results. I just aded another my new directory the the new list, thanks zquoqi.

 

Im wondering is it hard to be included in this list like the vilesilencer.

another thing with Vilesilencer is that their updated their lists frequently.

Why not ask them?
Vilesilencer will for sure not accept you, as it is a high standard list of FREE directories ONLY, ie. no reciprocals.
