Selling Proxy site, 3YR old, 30k Unique/day, $500-600/mo, PR3-4

I'm looking to sell my 3 proxy sites, all of which are 2-3 years old.

These sites have been active for 2-3 years, and have been making money ever since. I've hopped between Google, Yahoo, Adversal, PayPopUp... right now I'm running Google and Adversal, pulling in $500-600/mo

These are great passive income sites, I check them once a week to make sure I can access them on http, nothing more.

We had a GeoIP filter installed this summer to play with a bit, it sort of scrambled up stats... but the AwStats for this month and the past 2-3 are unaffected by that program. We're doing anywhere from 20k, 30k, and sometimes 40k Visitors per Day. Last month, we had 18.4 million pageviews and served 531k unique visitors. The sites are PR3, PR3, and PR4; and have been ever since I found out what pagerank was.

I do NO advertising for this site, never have, never will. I get 2 checks a month, one from Adversal and one from Google. Adversal pulls in a steady $100, Google accounts for the rest. This site is on a basic P4 server, with no special addons. So far this month, the sites have used 286.32GB of the 1500GB bandwidth total... so nothing huge.

Other than that, there's not much more to know. We use a special link encoder that rotates forumlas every 12 (last I checked) hours, to prevent from direct-linking... it helps bandwidth a TON.

I'm looking for SERIOUS offers only. All information is available by request. Please don't request information unless you are truly interested and can make a legitimate bid.

As far as legality is concerned, I'll be more than happy to sign a Bill of Sale or a Non-compete, or anything else you'd like. I'm looking for a cash sale, no installments, no pay-over-time.

Also, we just added that Google/Youtube ad... so far it has been pulling in an extra $1-2/day ($30-60/mo)

You claim that you ban traffic from countries such as China with your GEO IP script - However your stats show me that this seems not to be the case and lots of traffic is actually coming from China.

Whether the traffic comes from US, China, or Mars... shouldn't matter. The sites have a steady passive income.
