REASON FOR SALE -

I'm going to college this fall and am unloading all of my sites. You may have seen a few others of mine on SP earlier, I'm getting rid of everything. These sites are great, and have been great to me. I make MUCH more money on these than I do at my part-time job... it was a good run and I'll be sad to see them go.

SITES -

This package of 6 domains (free push at NameCheap) is three separate sites all using a heavily modified version of either phproxy or cgiproxy. I'll explain below what makes them such gems.

REVENUE -

Right off the bat I want to hit on some revenue. The sites together earn a proven $26.05/day (all the ad-sections added together). This isn't an estimate, IT IS PROVEN.

Again, I've owned these sites for 2 years, monetized for 1.5 years, and can show screenshots dating back to November of '05 I believe. Also, I had popunder ads for a good chunk of time, I have no stats for those but I believe they earned me about $5-6 per day. Those are NOT included in the $26.05 /day revenue.

TRAFFIC -

Here is why these sites are so great. My partner and I custom coded a GeoIP deny script for these sites. Everyone knows India/China traffic isn't half as good as US/UK/CA traffic. So, we can deny them access. This cut down on bandwidth 10-fold. The site, I believe, uses 3-5GB a day now versus 10-15+GB/day before. With our GeoIP script we deny ANYONE not in the US. We figure that EU traffic and CA traffic are equally as nice, but denied it due to bandwidth constrictions. I figure US/UK/CA is 3/4 of the traffic.

ProjectbyPass's traffic details are outlined in the header and on the screenshot. NetSack gets about 500u/day (15,000 u/mo) and about 6,000 visits /day. I put a private tracker on it to get a ballpark figure for you all. I can give login info to anyone interested.

CODE - (MUST READ)

Ok, this code is something many of are probably interested in, because it saves the site owner tons of money. As stated above, we have a custom GeoIP script to deny bad traffic, but in addition, we have a direct-linking script that kills any direct-links in 6 hours time. How does it work? Basically, every 6 hours, the site changes it's encrypting algorithm. That being said, if you have projectbypass.com/proxy/?=32082075200 (going to google.com or something). In 6 hours time, it will just redirect to the homepage. This cuts down on SO much bandwidth, from people linking movies and flash and such. The site is 100% operational with this script, there are no bugs at all. Honestly, this is a huge plus to the site. You cut down on all the bad things about owning a proxy, and only get good 100% monetizable traffic and no unwanted fees.

PRICE -

I've set the opening bid at 1 month's revenue. Buy It Now is set at 9 month's revenue. I think this is a VERY fair price considering the sites have 2 years of proven traffic. It is rare to find these types of sites that have the age these ones do.

LEGAL -

I had my attorney write a Terms of Service for the sites but never implemented it. Included in this auction is a TOS written by my attorney.

In addition, I would be willing to sign a Bill of Sale or Non-Compete if necessary.
