    Hi,

    As you all know TOS is very much about individuals interpritation of the words. So I would like a bit of advise on other peoples interpritations!

    Someone is selling a site called Heroes-Stream.com http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=521026 and users are saying that it is against the TOS?

    Is that true? if so where in the TOS does it mention this? As I cant find it?

    humm so am i now!

    So anyway the question is regarding offering streaming media that would be constituted as illegal if hosted. however the site does not host the media, it just streams it from another location?

    I can think of two adsense terms he is breaking.
    1) He is displaying his earnings in relation to impressions.
    2) He is putting adsense on a site which offers media he doesn't own the rights to.

    Not too worried about number 1, but number 2 is inquestion. As he is not actually hosting the media, therefore he is not offering it!! that is the sticking point!
