Hello readers, I am selling Heroes-Stream.com. Heroes-Stream.com is a streaming site for the ever-so popular TV show, Heroes.

This site holds embed codes to Heroes episodes so that they are viewable on the website.



This site mostly makes money through Adsense and doesn't require a great host, which is why along with the sale, I will give you full access to my Servage account which holds it.

I am looking for $200 for this website.

Is this completely against Adsense TOS?

this is completely against adsense tos and will get banned soon enough...i have seen plenty of sites like this go down so just thought i would throw some caution to the wind...thx.

 

I've owned many sites like this, some with high traffic, some with low, and I've never been banned.

If you have solid proof though, then I will stop the sale.

 

what about that anime site you owned back in the day that you tried to get off your hands real quick and you got banned from adsense back then...do you recall that one?? good luck with the sale. i am just stating facts....

Huh? I never got banned by Adsense. How could I be banned if I'm still using it?

I sold BleachSeries.com, OPseries.com and that was it and I ran adsense on both of those for a very long time.

Yeah, Servage said they are doing a MYSQL upgrade for all servers.

 

I would very much like to hear the argument that this kind of site is against Adsense TOS!

Its not even proven in court that embed-linking to copyright protected material is illegal. Hell, even the large sites that host it get away with it! Ps. Stage6.com runs adsense, and they host what, 15.000 movies and shows?

It is illegal (against tos) unless you have rights to show them. Even if you are only linking to the files and not hosting them it is promoting copyright infringement and you may be banned. You haven't been because you haven't been manually reviewed or reported most likely. Lots of sites like this get banned and have to switch to another ad provider.

 

Hm, if this is the case then I'll call the sale off. It's only fair to the buyer.
