It's not over yet. How can I know ?
Remember a post ages ago where some people were reporting strange numbers of indexed pages, well one of mysites still have 32K indexed pages throughout the all datacenters. The site only has about 13K pages - I know I created the damn things. My SERPs seem to have settled down - although not where I want them :(.
I think this still has some way to go as indicated by Mcdar's last post - I'm frantically searching datacenters for my keywords to try and give me some glimmer of hope. Glad I didn't delete all my dance type scripts or I'd have to hammer mcdars.

    Ok, sorry for that.

SEO on site was done at the same time as I created it this summer. I applied all SEO I know on it. Since then I have just worked on increasing backlinks. KW Term is "webbdesign". 650 K hits not that much but consider that almost all the top 30 all have high PR and is a web design/SEO company.
Google sees the site as English which I have no idea why otherwise would be #1 in google.se as well. No major changes on the site the last months. Major off-pages changes the last month has been new sites that I created and have bought links to really heavily (three of the new sites should be PR 5-6). Each one of them has a sitewide link to my business site. So major increase of high PR backlinks - yes.

I'm seeing a few keywords enter my top 200 that I've never had before now. Anyone else seeing this strange behaviour?

Not really seeing anything significant as far as new terms go.

I have noticed that some of my rankings are completely unchanged and some have changed a lot. I cant find any common factors of the pages that have gone down or stayed the same. The fact that some search terms are still the same, makes it hard to find a reason for all of the shuffling.

    Here's one observation:

Right now, Google doesn't seem to be looking at the Title nearly as much - it used to be that the first 10 or 20 had most or all of the words in the title tag and the title tag was weighted heavily. Now I see a huge amount of sites that show up in the top 10 that have maybe 1 out of 3 or 4 of the search words in the title.

That's what makes me think G is drunk and flopping all over the place, and will return to better results soon. Could their new permanent algo de-value the Title tag as much as I am seeing now?
    Do others notice this?

My site's main page got crawled 5 times in the last ~24 hours. This is on a page which is only updated once every few weeks (it's not a forum).

I am not seeing anything significant here. I went up a few places for one key phrase I have been targetting finally to page one, but everything else seems to be around the same positions. I am monitoring over 100 key phrases.

I find it encouraging that you are not seeing any negative action. At least not on a large scale. :)

Yes, I am seeing the same. The only reason I am still tracking them is because of the 302 redirect bug mess. These odd terms let me know I was still out there - for stuff one person a year maybe searches on and clicks thru.

Someone mentioned Florida being about overoptimizing... I do believe this was some of the update, but I saw all the 302 redirect scrapers showing up during Fritz, which pushed down sites like mine hard due to the hijack. What do you think the outgoing links from my site were worth when Florida came around? Perhaps this is something similar... that would explain the WMW theories about linking.:p

If anyone wants to see the level of change I am seeing, I have posted a report here: http://www.blazemp.com/temp/tmp.htm Look quick...I will delete it in a few days.

It will take a while to download. It's about 1.8 MB HTML file.
