    Lolz:)

All you need to do is first check wether an individual post is even worth a REP or not, once you find out if its a Good one and deserves a Green or a bad one and deserves a RED(though u have to end up deducting 1 point from ur total rep points giving Red), just click the Reputation button right next to the Post count and before Report post button above the statistics of the user (i.e: Join date, posts etcetera) and add a comment after choosing Approve for Green and Not Approve for RED, just submit and you are done!

Hi RugbyMan - can I call you cauliflower ears? Do american rugby players get the same jibes as other rugby players?

Anyway, being nice and all that - the reputation button Tim mentioned is this one: [IMG] and you just say whether you approve or disapprove of the persons post. Disapproving costs you 1 reputation point but they will lose more than that. And there is a limit to how many times a day you can give out reputation - and how often you can give it to the same user. The other person won't be able to see who left it unless you add your username in the comment - oh, and you can put smileys in there too!

Oh, and you can only see the last 5 reps, so you may miss some if you don't check and you've been especially wonderful. But checking too often is bad karma too...

Oh, I've left a few of those...

Hell, i've even left them for posts I've had to also leave infractions for. Kinda like frank spencer saying "oooh, you are awful"

And webby, accusation fairly heaped ;)

I never got any funny rep comments. I got the :D:D:D:D..... one from a few people but that's it. The comments either say "Thanks" or nothing at all.

Only if you had done a mistake choosing the member you want to trade rep with..

There are some people trading reps with each-other on a daily basis..

Well okay reping those you already know and are on good terms with won't get red rep, but blindly reping those you don't know in an over obvious attempt to inflate your own rep is a good way to get red rep. It is all in how it is done.
