I am looking for a program which I can use to promote my site ( something similair as adwords is fine ), the catch: I will have to be paying using paypal.

    best regards,

That's a strange way to choose with whom you're going to be advertising.

The only way I will be able to pay is using PayPal ( or international bank transfer, but that takes so long ), what is weird about that?

So you're going to possibly advertise with a crappy PPC company just because they accept paypal?

It's just a bad way to choose- sorry.

Some time ago I created an Adwords account through an url which gave you $50 or something for free.
That might be interesting to you, because by the time you've used up the free money, you can have money transfered to it by bank transfer or whatever payment they accept.

Not sure if that deal still exists though.

Clicksor.com does accept paypal as well. I spend $20 with them, and they did send me some traffic but ads are published all over the place .. conversion was 0%

Sorry, I just checked and the URL I used to sign up is not valid anymore. There is a thread in the Adwords forum but that's only for Yahoo smallbiz owners: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=25330

You could try googling "adwords sign-up bonus" or "adwords voucher" or something

Why not apply for the Paypal debit card. It can be used just like a credit card with google adwords.
