    Well, it depends on quality of these links you are buying.You can buy one link with domain authority btw 50-80 and get much more than buying 10 links with DA less than 30.
    Then, you can buy permanent links.That's a god deal, as well.

    I tell you the basic difference between white hat seo and black hat seo.
    Generally in white hat seo you follow all rules and guidelines created by search engine.This method take time to get good position but the site position will be static.so i think that original content and natural link are white hat seo.
    In black hat seo yon don't need to follow all rules and guideline created by search engine.by this method your site will get top position very soon but the the site will not be static as compare to the white hat seo.

    It doesn't matter if its white hat, black hat or rainbow hat. What matters is how you consider a backlink to be a high quality link that's linking to your site. If you could pay webmaster to post your content with a backlink to your site in their well established site, go for it!
