This is the worst argument. How does a $20 domain registration make you appear to be a guru with loads of cash? Just because you got lucky with the domain does not mean you're big..
You are paying upon results, what if your website does not make any money? How are you going to pay the company? And why are you claiming that you are up for it in #1?

 

I will suggest if you really want top 10 ranking for this high competative keyword then you need to make advance payment.Iam sure no can get top 10 ranking for this keyword without advance.Moreover your negative itrader tell not to work without advance.so you should not waste valuable time and pay advance to any seo expert and get your keyowrd in ranking and enjoy.
