you must eat rice . I think rice has too much carbohitrate which will help you to enhance your weight.

Intake 1.5 grams of protein per lb of your bodyweight, spread out through at least 4 meals a day. I supplement protein shakes for at least one meal and drink a slow absorbing protein shake before bed (casein protein). No need to intake unnecessary carbs to try and put on weight, that's going to be the wrong weight you want. Just eat clean and smart, I recommend lifting weights along with this food regiment but to each there own.

Do some GYM and take balanced diet as your doby required. don't forget to take luke warm water whole day, minimum of 5+ litters. Water is the main diet if you take balanced diet as needed.
I don't want increase my stomach. I want to increase my health. So can you suggest me some vegetarian foods.
According to your age and height you already fall in average category, I am not sure why do you want to gain more weight now but still if you really want to gain weight then try boiled eggs with extra butter every morning then look for heavy meal during afternoon hours and a jumbo mean (which stomach can't digest) for dinner can help you to gain more and more weight. To be honest I would not advise anyone to follow what I wrote.
