How can i get more and more weight ?

How can i get more and more weight ?
what does the algo look for while assigning the weight to sites?

 

Basically

1.) # of pages indexed
2.) PR of your main page
3.) Refferals - You get 10% of the weight of those you refer
4.) Add more of your sites (That one may have been obvious but you can bind new account to your original)
