    Looking for all kinds of things ... i'm open to just about any type of site ... looking for somewhat established sites preferrably with PR, revenue not overly important, although always a plus ... please feel free to PM any sites you have for sale ... i'm keeping a budget of $100-$1000 per site (preferrably) ...

    if you have sites for sale - please provide the following:

    URL
    PR
    traffic stats (total, monthly; and primary referrers)
    revenue (monthly, and source of rev - ie google, or product sales, etc)
    and anything else you think would be beneficial knowledge to help my decision

    I set this up last year when we got lice (darn kids camp). Bought SafeLiceHelp.com and set up a wordpress blog. Spent less than 2 hours on the site sense then and the stats prove it ;) I didn't turn on AWStats til August, but the traffic is poor. All traffic is from search engines.

    Uniques/Visits per mo:
    Aug-131/160
    Sept-98/154
    Oct-90/220
    Pages per month:
    Aug-256
    Sept-297
    Oct-424

    Still though, even with this slow traffic, every few months someone plucks down $100 to buy the affiliate lice removal product listed on there. I've collected the $20 per 3x now, and I think I've had so little traffic it's scary.

    With some adwords or other traffic boosting it, that aff prod could be quite profitable. I just hate posting on it, so I put an auto update php include on there above the posts to keep it looking nice. So, I guess for that the traffic isn't so bad...

    Anyway, if you'd rather take the phpinclude RSS off of it, I can do it in 60 seconds and make it a full blog again.

    I was thinking $200.
