search engine tools site - unique tools

looking to sell sescrub.com - it's a webmaster tools site that consolidates results from msn search:
1. number of unique domains that link to your site
2. number of unique domains that your site links to
3. number of domains being hosted on a single ip address
4. ip address associated with a domain name
5. the keyword rank of your site in msn search

i coded all the above tools myself and have not sold this to anyone before - so it's unique. i coded the site's layout too - so it's also unique.

the site got some pretty good reviews when i posted it for review at sitepoint and webmaster-talk. just go over to those forums and search for 'sescrub'.

the site is new - so consider as no traffic. also, i have not monetized it in any way - so revenue is $0.
