Feedback Some Mods need to buy Viagra..

Giving out random infractions is not a substitute for Penis enlargement pills. Please Explain reasons for these: (since there was no reason in the mails, don't think asking here is whining)

Whats inappropriate about this one below? Does it incite hatred? Or is someone not up for healthy criticism?

What about this one below? We are now getting warnings for helping other people?

Which rule are we talking about? Please point it out.

All these infractions were received within 4 hours from the same Moderator - Sawz.

Lack of punctuation, bad grammar and the spy function gave it away.

And I am looking forward for an explanation/reversal from anyone but him. (promptly)

This thread might not gain me anything but another infraction, but everyone would atleast know how things are run around here and maybe sometime in the future you would fire Sawz.

 

Well, here some Mods give infractions when they don't like that particular member! And there are many suffering from it.

Shawn needs to check into this thing and don't give Moderatorship to anyone who is like that !

So, wake up Shawn!!! Its not the first time...

 

Even i agree with this , i have seen many members getting 2-3 back to back infractions for the same mistake done. I think few moderators have personal issues with members of this forum and for that reason they are giving infractions for no good reason.

Edit: there are many reasons why moderator will give infraction to the member-
1) moderator does not like that member
2) he wants to kill the competition

 

I am sure that its common consensus that making Sawz a moderator was the biggest mistake since the dropping of the atom bomb. In his own words - "I am a low mod at the bottom of the totem pole"

Since making this thread I have been flooded with compliments in PM and Instant Messenger...so thank you. Still waiting clarification though..

Since you are so knowledgeable..might as well point out which rule I broke in the 3 infractions?

EDIT2: All infractions except the profile infraction (first one) reversed and posts restored, seems Sawz's sticky in the DMOZ section got deleted too. Thanks to whoever did it (my guess would be shawn); regarding the profile infraction I guess I know what its for - posting a VM on Sawz profile reminding him that he isn't an Admin either (after his warning). He might have not liked it but its certainly not infraction worthy.

 

You responded to a thread addressed to the moderators. OP of that thread addressed you thinking of you as a moderator. I think this is most likely the cause of the infractions. Only mods can say for sure.

 

I actually didn't even notice that he had the word "Admin" in the title (title looked like he was going to rant so I didn't pay attention), but when someone's looking for excuses then its not hard to find one. Anyways its reversed and post restored.

Though if answering a thread addressed to someone else with a relevant helpful reply is an offence, then lets see if sawz can resist replying to this thread since I addressed it to anyone but him.

 

Sawz has been quick to incorrectly point out that I’m wrong and the sarcastic replies are often unwarranted.

It is good to see that a Mod has rectified the issue, It’s also good to see that members aren’t afraid to point problems out and give an honest opinion.

3) Go read your Soliciting thread again..you didn't just miss an "n", the entire grammatical structure was misleading.

Idc who you are. Sawz, as a moderator, was placed above you (and the rest of the members) in this forum and you (and the rest of the members) are to respect him. TBH if I ran a forum, even if you ARE right about Sawz being a bad moderator, I'd have you banned for making this topic. Got a problem with Sawz? PM the admin or a higher up. Open flaming of any higher up in a forum by a member I'm sure is against the rules and of course against orderly conduct in such a setting. Viagra? Penis enlargement? Seriously?

Where does it says that I have to kiss some fucking ass that is abusing me with infractions and putting
my reputation in dirt because he don't like who I am and doing everything he can to get me banned?

If flaming against the rules, then you should get infraction for attacking Helvetii and I hope one of the Mods
make sure you learn your lesson.

Just in case you get wrong idea, I'm not attacking you, I'm defending Helvetii
