He just ripped me and another user off for www.vietdownloads.com. Sold the site to 2 of us.

This is what he was doing with me too. He sold this domain to me and was also trying to sell this domain to ahkip. I have already made him the payment quite some time back and in each PM he is saying that he is pushing the domain but I still have to get it.

I am ripped off?

I really need the money right now to pay for school, so i hope this get resolved asap. I dont think you can send money to someone and file a dispute later on.

How did you Pay? If you used Paypal, you'll be okay. If all 3 of us file disputes with Paypal, we can get this guy.

 

Oh my gawd. After reading this I think I should immediately file a complaint for freud and refund.

 

Just call up paypal and report about this guy . His account will be frozen for sure. He is such a cheater . Hope i will never come across such ppl . How can they sell their soul.

One more thing here. After I made the payment, ahkip has shown his interested in the thread by making a post and this guy even offered this domain to be sold to him (remember, this is after I made the payment, replied the thread and PMed him). But ahkip is a nice guy and he knew that there is something wrong, else he would have also been ripped.

It seems he has nothing to say. He has replied to paypal but didn't say anything.. means he is not even doing the refund.

Another avenue: If you paid via credit card, or even cash, you can log into your bank's support dept and email them of a fraudulent transaction. I just checked my bank account online and it stated that the payment to that little maggot was still "PENDING" which means I can still ask to have the transaction canceled.

I emailed them requesting that they cancel the payment. I'm waiting for a reply.

Another request: I've found an online complaint form from the Attorney General's office in Washington state, where he resides.

Please fill it out. If you're like me, you'll want to see this guy behind bars.

And, one last thing: Make sure to back up everything on your HD concerning this maggot. I've got all correspondence and web pages saved on my HD, which I will use against him.

He may have already changed his domain registration info, but I did a backup of it before I gave him money.
