• I think it is a very good and short name for a cellphone site concentrating on the African market - I've had this domain since 2004, but it dates from 2001 (http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.cellafrica.com)
• More info about backlinks, etc.: http://iwebtool.com/cellafrica.com (Google alone has about 377 pages indexed)
• The site runs on a free script of Mediaplazza. It's an older version of their script (iframes, javascript etc.) which isn't very search engine friendly. They now have XML based scripts which would be better.
• I also added a few extra pages which you can see in the footer.
• Because of the script used and the fact that I haven't promoted this site, or done anything with it in more than a year, it has a low PR. This can easily be improved with some changes.
• Stats: according to Awstats it's received 905 uniques for 2006 to date (199 in June / 115 in July / 133 in Aug / 44 in Sept to date) - this is mostly search engine traffic from MSN, Yahoo and Google (in that order) - more stats here: http://cellafrica.com/axs2/ax-admin.pl ("hits" here = "visits"; click on "View in Graphical Format" to see).
• Income: Adsense: for some inexplicable reason I never created a channel for this site, or must have deleted it, or something, so I have no idea how much it's earned - sorry! / Mediaplazza, can't say because I don't track per site / I also used to have searchfeed.com on there, but it's apparently lapsed

Even if I just base my asking price on the value of the domain alone and not take into account any income or other factors such as age, PR, search engine saturation, etc., I think it's more than worth it.
