How To Get High PR Instantly For Domains

Discussion in 'Domain Names' started by himanuzo, May 7, 2009.

I saw many sellers offer domains with PR 3-5. Average of their domains age are less than 2 weeks. If you check page rank of domains with tools such as http://checkpagerank.net, those are genuine!!

I know about how to get high PR by regularly updating the content and adding more backlinks in months. But I don't understand that sellers can get the high PR instantly in less than 2 weeks but genuine. Can anyone explain the process?

They are dropped (expired) domains that were re-registered and are showing their old toolbar PR (which is always a look at the past) from their previous life. A lot of dropped domains will lose their backlinks and the PR will be adjusted when google updates toolbar PR - about once every 3-4 months.

Dropped domains are at least 1 year. I know about this. I don't talk about the dropped domains.

In my first post of this thread, I have mentioned:

Those domains are NOT dropped domains.

It's something very odd, well pagerank it's something odd because there is no rule to get high or low PR but usually new domains without 6 months at least, backlinks and content should not get high PR.

It sucks when you buy a name with a high pr and a few months later it drops

That's a domain that has been dropped and registered again.
It get's a new creation date, so it may look like it is one day old, but it could have been used previously for 10 years. I have no idea of what you are talking about when you say "dropped domains are at least 1 year" - it makes no sense.

They are both dropped domains that were re-registered, I checked. Do you have a comprehension problem?

    mjewel,

Please pay attention both images again.

congresolse (dot) com - the creation date was 30-mar-2008. The age of the domain is a year.
lexsysbooks (dot) com - the creation date was 18-apr-2009. What is the age of this domain (the date of you are reading this post)?

I agree that congresolse (dot) com is mentioned as a dropped domain because the domain is a year, dropped/ deleted by the old registrant and re-registered by the new registrant.

But you also referred lexsysbooks (dot) com as dropped domain? If lexsysbooks (dot) com is at least a year, all whois tools should show this domain as at least a year.

Please explain your opinion, I will hear you. :)

A domain get a NEW creation date after it was dropped and then re-registered. Creation date does NOT mean the first time it was ever registered. The whois creation date is going to show 18-apr-2009, but as you can clearly see, it has been used for many years prior to that.

    This is not true.

An expired domain can be 1 second old, if you count domain age from date of "Creation"
