PR5 Blog - $140 in profits so far this month

I am selling a pr5 blog that has made $140 in profits so far in June ( june 13-19 ).

The site makes money from paid articles on a thread in DP and a small amount from cheez ads.

Paid articles from DP cost $20 and I pay $5 to have them written for a profit of $15 each. The business is steady, whenever a new articles is up the thread gets bumped and there is new business.

This site has tremendous potential to grow if you decide to do more advertising.

Yes, people who would like a pr5 backlink and more traffic buy the article from me. Then, I have a writer here on DP (I will give you his dp nickname if you buy the website) write it for $5. After that I post it on the website and submit the article and the website the article is about to digg, reddit, and simpy.

Will you be offering refunds if the new owner decides to remove the paid blog submissions? I would have given more consideration to the purchase had I known the site was going to go up for sale right after I paid for a submission.

I guess I would say "put yourself in my shoes" having just paid $20 for a blog entry, thinking it was a great value for a permanent link, and less than a week later, the site is for sale and the link I just paid for may potentially be removed by a new owner.

i have the same question. what if my link 've got remove(as he can promise anything and keep it for like a week. Also since ownership change you don't have any power anymore), will you be responible for the refund?

 

I will require the new owner to keep up the current links but if he does remove them I will refund you $20.
