I will post a rant about your site, with a link embedded, on my pr5 blog. The article will be posted to various social bookmarking sites and has potential to get several hundred views. The posts are $20 and 10 will be displayed on the homepage at a time. Thanks!
The PR 5 is cool and all, but there are only two new articles. What traffic is there to speak of? What was driving it?
I get traffic mainly from digg and from people typing in "crankyrants.com" in their browser according to google analytics. After I write new articles about peoples sites I will submit them all to digg, del.icio.us and other sites to get much more traffic. When I submit to digg I get about 20 uniques per article. Thanks!
Also, about the pr5, The next pagerank update will probably be within a month and your article will still be on the homepage by then so you might see a pr boost from this article.
Considering this is not yet an established, high traffic site, I'd say yes, the prices are too high. It's a good concept, but that's all it is at this point.
No such thing as a "permanent PR5"... especially if it falls off of the front page and into the archives. It's still not a bad deal though.

Because of submission of the 2 articles I recieved 150 Uniques today. I'm pretty sure the people who purchased articles got similar results because I submitted the articles as well as the sites to social bookmarking websites. This is a great buy!
Math20 did a rant on me. He is pretty cool guy and his rant is subtle but I personally think will be effective. Now will see if it drives traffic. Thanks Math.
