We are not yet offering a service, we would like to know your opinion!

People who have lots of domains want to earn something from them. For now the only possible way to earn on domain is to sell ads space on your domain using SEDO system, right?

We want to offer a new service: we will build up a website along with unique content on your domain for a one-time fee of $25 only. We also want to receive 50% of your earnings from Google AdSense from this domain. We will create a site and regularly add new pages with new content. Our experience shows that such a website can have minimum 2000-4000 visits per month. That's about $50-$100 per month, so about $600-$1200 per year. 50% yours is $300-$600 from domain per year not even doing anything! What do you say?

Are you interested in such a service? Would you pay a one-time fee of $25 us to create a website on your domain and then share 50% of income from it?

As you wish :) It doesn't matter at all. We'll set up a system which will give 50% of clicks to your account and 50% to ours. DP has the same system, you know?

that sounds like a good idea.. but the 50% of the adsence is abit of a catch
its not really a 1 time fee then is it?

Would this only work for people with good domain names ? I can't think of any reason otherwise to develop domains for others when you can work on your own domains and earn 100% from adsense.

Yes, that's because domain should have some history, be a little old. With new domains it works worse.
By the way how many domains does each of you have, guys?

    Hundreds. Many have thousands.

    I voted no, not interested.

You would have to do away with that two tier payment system straightaway, that's going to put an awful lot of people off I think.

A similar company does charge $250 per domain, which I also think is way over the top. They, like you, provide the content. This I think is the wrong approach too. You should give a discount on your prices for those more than willing to provide their own own content.

Also, there is no mention of the designs that you are offering, who knows what they might end up looking like?

I think it sounds like a good idea for $25, u have a "chance" to get a good site with $, although u share ur 50% profits to someone else.

WHich means to say as long as the ads hit above $50, u start earn $. But how long will it take to have your site hit $50 worth of ads hmmm.

It's a great idea. But is it a must to have a old domain to join this service? The content originality is very important in order to prevent search engine thinking we are copycat and duplicating other website content and get penalized eventually.

Try and not deal or help member savagemp5. He is a scammer who seems to think it`s entertaining buying sites on SitePoint and then not paying for them despite being the winning bidder. To add insult to injury, he leaves negative feedback to the seller.

This is what happened to an arcade site that he won that we sold.

Just want to make other people aware of the type of person he is.

    Thank you.

How much unique content is it you guys would be putting up?

Would the niche be researched before the content is written in order to make sure that it is good content?

$25 is a one-time fee for building up a website on your domain and setting up everything (automatic system of creating new pages with new content, ad sense, etc.). In fact this kind of work costs us much more than $25. We take $25 just in order to cover at least some of our spendings.

As to 50% from ad sense - this is the most important thing. It makes US to be interested in building a good website with unique content and nice design in order people visited it and clicked google ads! If we only took $25, then we wouldn't care about site/content quality at all. So in fact you should be even more interested in that we had 50% from adsense, then for example, did this work for just one-time fee.

50% from adsense makes this deal profitable for both sides!

Yes, I'd be interested. I have about 10 parked domains that I was sometime about to make websites out of...

This would also be valuable for when you buy up old domains.

    should work this way

    A.) charge 25 $

    b.) Wait till adsense hits 50 $

    c.) From 50 $ upwards you start sharing profits 60 - 40 , 60 for the domain holder.
