Site not being indexed in google...

    Hi!

I dont understand why my site is not being indexed in google. I have uploaded Google Sitemap, removed all issues relating to robots.txt, got backlinks to the site from regularly indexed sites and still after over 8 days my site is no where to be seen on Google.

Can someone take a look at it and let me know? The site is Mens Watches.

    Thanks, Chris

Could it be a previously banned URL?

Hmm you should wait for a while... maybe it is just not old enough to be indexed. Give it some time

Its not banned and I dont think it has ever been registered before. I will keep building up backlinks and give it time, just wondered if there was anything obvious I was missing. :)

Yeah, it's just bit too early. Also, most probably it will get indexed soon but some page might disappear again from the index. Keep building backlinks and it will be fine eventually.

Give it some time though, couple weeks ... maybe months to start ranking even :p

You need to get out of the sandbox- I'd suggest you get some backlinks to relevant content. I got a site that was literally a few days old out of the sandbox and on the fast track to success.

There are plenty of link building offers in the BST forum, I'd go give it a look over if I were you.
