It's misleading and I know from experience that GoDaddy just isn't that nice.
Ask around. Search the forums. You'll see for yourself.
You'll find tons of stories of GoDaddy being assholes and this one person's story.
Even if you DO believe him, add all the evidence together.
What do you think your chances are of getting GoDaddy to give you back a stolen domain?

Bro, This guy has been scammed by same person here, and he could get his stolen domain back through Godaddy Undo department, but i failed, you could read my story in this thread:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=935202

he success to get the domain back because he just said to Godaddy Undo that the account change got some error and he did not tell anything about stolen domain. And I thinks I failed to get my domains back because I tell all of the story when I first email to , then they suggest me to go to domaindisputes section not Undo section.

So He has tell the Truth Story, And I think We must learn from him with his experience.

    Rgd,

    Dear David

Thank you for your email. It appears that you have a 3rd party agreement between
yourself and the buyer. We are not able to become involved in this dispute.

Any further dispute over the ownership of the domain name will need to be sent
either to the registrant, through an ICANN-approved arbitration provider
(http://www.icann.org/dndr/udrp/approved-providers.htm) or the court system. Please
be assured that if we receive notice of a pending legal dispute we will lock the
name so that it cannot be transferred or otherwise modified. Likewise, when we
receive a decision we will update the name accordingly. If you file a dispute
concerning the domain, please forward a copy to .

    Thank you,

    Undo Department
