Totally Scammed!!I Got Dispute from Domain Buyer! Help Me!

Help Me......!!

I Sell 8 Domains to New DP member here:

Dennis_Kitko (he already Banned)

He paid from this Paypal id:
Fournitwhitts@aol.com
James Whitt

With total: $305

All Domain has been pushed to this id:
tonyplayer974@gmail.com

Update:
These are the Domains:
magnetpranddesign.com
delineuraniumteam.com
ibubasketball.com
caroltanzman.com
hilliardsresort.com
UsedCarForLess.Com
speculativefictioncentre.com
compu-technologies.com

And After Check using Whois:

it show Tony Player, tonyplayer974@gmail.com

You see the registrar is:deepakgautam.com

But when I check deepakgautam.com who is:

It show different Address Details, not show tonyplayer974@gmail.com again,

Is there two domain are belong to same person or Not? I saw the second Have popular site there:TIPTOPMOVIE.COM

How Could Win from this Dispute? Or Could I get Backs all of the Domains?

And If I lose from Dispute Still I send money $305 to Fournitwhitts@aol.com?because it show the $305 Held.

Please give me advice for this situation..

Many Thanks

If you pushed via GoDaddy, the domains are gone, and all you can do now is report them stolen via http://domaintheft.org

He also has many dupe accounts, so it looks like he'll be scamming more people soon: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=186288

Sorry to hear about your domains. Have to make sure you use extreme caution when selling domains. Try and use another payment method other then Paypal.

I don't think domains can be recovered after pushing.Any way send an urgent message to the registrar with proof of scam.

From what I've experienced, winning a dispute when it comes to non-tangible products is almost impossible. They clearly state this in their terms too.

If they were registered at Godaddy then treat this as a lesson well learn't as Godaddy claims its your responsibility to make sure you are transferring the domains to the right person!

If any other registrar, then you probably can discuss with them to figure how they can help you, if at all they can. Provide them with as many proofs possible, PM screen shots, Thread screen shots, iTrader screeshots, Links to deal thread and this thread... basically provide them every possible proof you possibly can and expect them to trust you and help you.

Keep us informed,

All Success,
/G

If this is what really happened how the heck are we supposed to protect against this kind of thing?
