Payoneer rocks!!! Around a month ago I lost my money when I tried to withdraw at ATM. The transaction was error so I didn't get the money, but the balance has been deducted. I contacted the bank who owns the ATM but they didn't help. Finally I contacted Payonner support thru online chat and on June 27 they sent me a statement of dispute to fill about what exactly happened with the money. I filled in the form and sent it back on July 1 because I was so busy. Few days later, they told me that dispute has been received and would be forwarded to mastercard to investigate further. It may take up to 120 days to get results. But today when I check my Payoneer account...... Boom!! They have credited the money!! LOL!!! That's fast! Woow! Thanks Payoneer! Customer support is really helpful and nice!
Always good to hear when someone gets money back that rightfully belongs to them. Too bad you had to deal with the troubles though.
Payoneer is the worst payment way, after i had my card , and they deducted the fees i found it is not working in my country and whenever i try to withraw my money , they charge me wrong transaction fees till i consumed 30$ for wrong transaction only , and when i complained no action was taken , it is a very stupid system

-What kind of fees you mean? -You should try at other ATMs with mastercard logo. When I first used the card I tried it at 5 different ATMs of different banks, all with mastercard logo. 2 of them didn't work, so I guess you need to try again -Try to contact them via online support, they are helpful I believe Good luck!
Congrats on getting your money back. I am actually just about to open an account with them as one of the affiliate networks I work with offers a payment option through them. This is definitely good news!
yes indeed, that's how a proper company should do. the funds stay blocked for a number of days, then they get refunded into your account.
Yes I have an account with Payoneer as well and have been very satisfied with the service. Now I ask our US customers to use it to pay us instead of Paypal or wire transfer
