I never had any problems with my Payoneer card before. But today, when I tried to pull out the money from the ATM in my town, the machine said "communication error" so I moved to another ATM but this time it said "You don't have sufficient funds to withdraw" I checked the balance several times and the machine said the same thing.... which means all the money is gone...? I went home and checked my online statement... Available balance is now -$5 So the ATM thought that the money has been withdrew all plus a few times balance inquiries fee deducted. Omg....! What should I do? Give me suggestion please p.s it's not that much, only 100$ but who want to lose it?
Oh yes dude,Payoneer deduct money to check balance,so u may have tried multiple times and they deducated the money.
How much did you withdraw in the first place, is that $5 or more ? If it is more than nothing has been taken out of your account. What you are paying is just fees. I believe the $5 could have been the fees to do the express deposit of the incoming funds to your payoneer account and not the withdrawal fees. What does the description say for that $5 transaction ?
My balance was $101.89 and I was about to take full amount minus a few bucks left on balance coz I know fee to withdraw is 2.15$ for non-US withdrawal. So I entered the amount in my local currency which I'm sure it will not be declined due to insufficient funds, but after waiting for few minutes long which is unusual the ATM said "communication error". When I move to another ATM I cannot withdraw the money coz insufficient funds. Btw, the statement just appeared a few minutes ago.. It said ATM withdrawal is $101.89 has been done, this is of course impossible if I have $101.89 there's no way I can take exact amount of $101.89. minus five dollars is because those balance checking that I did few times.
It's quite surprising .. didn't happened to me since I am using payoneer from couple of years and done successfull withdrawls for more than 100's of times . I think the problem is with the ATM machine , Contact the bank for all of this details , it happened to me several times with my local debit card but after making a complaint in related bank I get the money back .. I think payment have been issued by the Payoneer .. you need to contact the bank !
It does look like a problem with the ATM machine of the bank and not with Payoneer itself. Check back with the bank and bring your withdrawal slip from the ATM. They should have a record of the failure. There was once I was using an ATM to withdraw money and lightning stuck it at the time I was supposed to take my money and I did not get my money and my card was swallowed up. Called the bank up and they reversed the money and send me my ATM card within the week.
Yea, I will try to contact the bank who owns the ATM, but.... I have no prove at all.. there's no withdrawal slip came out of the machine.. So it was just error and then I take the card. The machine didn't give me anything.. I think I have to say good bye to my money?
if don't get the money, you can ask support, once i have a problem like you, they added the money with account, but that is my local bank.
Contact payoneer support & meantime write an application to bank head office & nearest branch with ATM location and time of transaction you will definitely get something positive out of that.

I've had same problem with A VMI card few months ago and yeah they credited my account too. But next time always ask for a slip with you withdraw money.. Will help if things goes wrong
People didnt got his point it seems. How can he get a withdrawl slip while he didnt withdraw anything & the machine just shows him 'communication error'. Bank will not reply you if you go to them with out any referrences. Call / email support at payoneer and tell them that you've not take the money. Ask them the proof of this transaction. If they give you a proof, then take this to the bank and claim the money. Do this as quick as possible.
that's bad !!, you should add some funds to your account immediately!! Did they charge you for checking the balance?
