Hey,
What concerns me is, you have some amount of members, but the post count its low for the amount of members. Its works out 13567 members and 23921 posts, so if you times the member count by x2 each member would only have posted 1 or 2 posts.... hmmm i am troubled with this, can you give me some more info about your site please?

We have a lot of members that are Zero-posters. That means that they just register, but do not post. Some zero posters could become good posters in the future, when they get more attached to the community. You could describe them as "Voyeurs"

 

DownloadForum is a nice quality site - and the traffic is easily convertible into posts (as with most sites).

Regarding phpexpert - gawsh, please shut-up.
