I've been collecting burnt out light bulbs for like 2.275 years now knowing there might come a day when I'd like to put the smack down on them...that day has come.
I do indeed, just didn't have time to work on them today. I got 3 more shots from this set...and then I was a crazy man and bought 32 more bulbs today since I only had like 3 more burnt out ones
Collecting burt out light bulbs? Trust Tim... most people go for collecting something normal like stamps...but noooo I assume it was for taking pictures? Not just out of some weird collecting thrill you get out of it. They are pretty awesome pics though
yeah...my name is Tim (as far as you know), I have trouble throwing stuff out Hey, @ least it's better than you know(NIN) who collecting you know what(actually we don't want to know) :-D
Tim.....you should take those bulbs, bore a hole in them with a diamond bit, fill them with paint and throw them at things you don't like. Better yet throw them at a canvas, who knows, you might make a million selling the canvas. I saw somebody that did that with their dogs tail and it was really cool...the painting, not the dogs tail.
We use CFLs here... not nearly as fun busting bulbs and nowhere near fun as tubelights and never near fun as busting neighbors windows with cricket balls
Once I crunched one bulb in my hand with full force because I was very angry. I smashed tubelights many times But now not that much interested in breaking bulbs, tubelights, cfls or lamps.... etc anything..
Is it just me or do you have just a little too much time on your hands? Pictures turned out great though.
ha-ha, love the idea....hello niche! now just to find me a diamond bit :-D the process, doing it with canvas, would also make a good time lapse video, something I also have interest in yes! by all means, send me anything I can break. I might need a stronger pellet gun though, had a number of ricochets :-O and I was only like 2.8' away! no wonder the thing was only a 10 spot @ wally world damn! you must have some stout crickets in order to be able to break windows with their balls :-P did the glass cut your hand when you broke it? and ouch regardless! thanks! actually just the opposite! I've got no time! 10 week old twins, 5 year old daughter, and a wife....and yeah, she's a list maker :-P I like to break stuff yeah, not looking fwd to the cleanup though! shard o glass! I put stuff on the floor but I don't have 100% coverage!
