WTF. Please explain rep issue

Hey all,

Why is it that on several occassions i get rep, my points dont change, and i get a grey pip and not a green one?

 

grey means the person who repped you had so little rep power that it didnt improve your count

 

When you recieve reputation in General Chat or BST it doesn't count.

All the reps given in GC section is shown as Grey reps unless given by full rep members.

It counts for BST section.
