I have sold him as seen in the thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=782956

He bought and made payment but after ten minutes he opened a dispute at paypal after he took the domain.

    domain is that http://eurocrim2006.org/

it is 220$ and he is non communicated like nithinbai.

    payment from paypal id SKITTLECOTTAGE@AOL.COM

    dp nick is Lethe.

I learned that after i lose domain before 5 months ago he stole a domain from my friend also.

Admin and Mods please Ban Him

Hoping best from paypal because its my premium paypal account, if i get my money back paypal do really solves issues for premium accounts as they claim in their TOS, if not i would really advise all to boycott paypal.

    Would keep you updated.

Wow this guy just took two solid domains off two members who I respect...

That's terrible and I'm sorry to hear that... It's already hard running a business without people like that to have to watch out for.

Sorry for your loss as I'm sure Paypal won't do anything about it to help you.

I'm just surprised he wasn't banned, the red -Rep blob should have raised a red flag.

Mods do not deal with "disputes" between members. (or do they?)

I really really hope DP has some rules prohibiting such scam but until now I cannot find any :(

I think they should deal with disputes...Also, sorry for your loss buddy...Personally, I would call PayPal, and yell my behind off until they give me my money back. And if they don't threaten to sue them for not thoroughly investigating as promised. I think that would get them to give you your money back :)
