    But if this is serious then i would say........ if you make the forum paid then BST forum will become dead coz there will be no traffic... and no traffic means NO Sales ! :eek:

    I don't mind paying yearly fee to become a DP member. But what is the point not allowing signature sales and make sig link no-follow? :confused:

    Hope this is only April Fool joke and if it true, how many of you will leave DP? :D

    I think it's a stupid move, theres some people here that earn a couple bucks a day and to be able to earn $10-$20/month from selling their signature link really can help them pay the bills and makes them feel rewarded for contributing to the DP community and also yes can afford $50, I can afford $50, shawn can afford $50 but not everyone and people to be allowed to experience the opportunities made available. That freedom is why DP is so popular, I'm not sure where DP is going to go now.

    It is a good April's fools joke but if it is real, I for one am gone. I can't imagine they will do it. There are too many webmaster forums. They may not be a busy but that would slow down with such changes. However, I still think it is a joke.

    If membership is on payment basis, it is okay but if the links become no follow, then dp will lose its traffic, liveliness, activity and sheen in the days to come. Hope it remains a joke on April fool's day :)

    Let me think, No links juice, not pay per post (sig link prices are based on number of posts), a fee of 50 bucks to join. Yes, there will be a lot less members. But looking at how this forum has changed in the past 3 years, there would be a large increase of quality with those 80 percent gone IMO.
    I doubt that the number of members is of worries to the administration here. And $50 is nothing compared to how much members here make off of this forum.

    So whoever wants to go, it's probably a good idea for them to leave for everyone.
