I don't think so. There are way too many blogs now all vying for attention, so much so that to make that $10 you need major traffic. And let's not forget Google is decreasing the Adsense payout per click these days. More clicks may not equal more $$. And CTR is not as high as it used to be...ETC Only a few blogs that are really good and long standing, will make that kind of money. But I know for sure, 2 years ago it was much easier. Don't expect to whip out a blog and expect to make good money in weeks or months, unless you use some shady methods. Which.... is why many people get banned from Adsense.
you can even make $50 a day from blogspot blogspot is no different then a website or web portal (note: you cannot install script on blogspot to make it a gaming portal dating portal hyip portal etc) remember in web business its not about blog or domain or portal or script its about your traffic source.. and how much traffic you get daily or monthly even a simple blog with 50 to 100 celebrity images can make $1000 month if you have a source to generate targated traffic without much investment
Oh really? Why then do I see a lot of people complaining of making very low earnings in the Adsense section everyday? Many of them have sites like these...popular broad based sites. Many complain of getting $0.01 per click....etc.
brother dont we see beggers unemployment and poor peoples in real world.. making money is never easy online or offline only thing easy is to make a site or blog and say i have made it.. yaa this one is mine.. after that its the number game.. the more targated traffic you get the more rich you become.. if something is making you $1 per 1000 visitors a day you have to think positive and either make 10 sites like that and do the same hard work for promotion or you have to find new traffic source to get it to 10000 visitors or 100 000 visitors.. but thats in the books in practical life its never easy.. luck brain hardwork when everything will come in your favour - you will make money.. otherwise just struggle.. just like normal day to day life jobs businesses and everything regarding money
I have a seasonal Blogspot blog. During Christmas time it makes more than $10.00 a day. It has a unique topic which helps it to rank on the first page of Google. I receive a lot of traffic to it through Google images. People are searching for images on this topic for misc. reasons and it leads them to my blog.
I didn't have much success with Blogspot a couple of years ago when I tried it. I figure, if I am going to put the time and effort into writing quality content for a blog, I might as well put it on my own site with my own domain name, where I can have full control over all aspects of it.
i used to make $1k+ per month on my blogspot acct, but google deleted those sites - btw, they are NOT porn or agt the TOS. So it isbetter not to use blogspot if you can afford ur own domain and server.
I also heard of many Blogspot blogs earning good money. But this was a while ago, correct? At least 2 years ago? I think it's not the case now, but I'm referring to mainly new blogs....the ones earning good were the old ones setup some years ago. I just don't think Blogspot is as good as it was before. Google has changed a few things... and times have changed.
I know someone whose made over $250,000 within the past couple years off his blogspot blog... and I think it was mainly from Adsense... but I have my own domain but still use Blogger... and I make pretty good money... definitely more than $10/day.

Even is the same with me. Right now I am earning from my blogspot but using a private domain. But I have to agree that google is not making people earn easily from blogspot and that is the reason why i dont use google adsenes.
You can make more than $10 a day from blogspot but not through adsense. There are other ways to monetize your blogspot blog other than adsense but if you're going to rely solely on adsense, then unless you have 10k hits a day, you will not make $10.
type 'make money online' at google.com, you will find this blog: http://moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com/ , i think this blog is at least making $11/day, or more.
i think any blog can make a lot of money given it has a high SERP and many incoming links... BUT, it is recommended that you get your own hosting AND domain... more reliable and you have complete control over it
