How Do I give Rep?

I would like to give someone some rep points, but I can't find the option that allows me to do that.

Could someone tell me how to go about doing this?

On the green bar above your name, on the right hand side of the page, you can see a set of scales. Press it, and the choose approve or disapprove....

You can see it in the right hand side of each post got the wight balanced icon..click on it and you can give rep

 

Simply find this image on right side of each post and click on it, write your comment and click "Add to reputation"

you can findout it easily of the right side of any user post message box, if you move mouse there then you can see the sentence add to...............raputation
