What should my BIN be for these stats?

Here's the stats from my affiliate account:

    http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i188/thepassionofchad/affiliate.jpg

The site is ~ 10 months old and receives around 10-20 clicks a day but brings in a lot of money for those visitors as you can see (usually around $1 in profit per click). All traffic is free from article marketing and I haven't touched the site in months. All that revenue is 100% automatic. If someone submitted more articles It could be making around $1000 a month automatic. Right now the average profit is ~350 a month. (With a huge explosion in January that I cannot explain)

I've considered doing this myself but I've been a bit lazy in getting around to it. So what should my BIN be? Thanks for that advice :)

Thanks, 6K huh? Sounds good to me :) If someone offered that right now my hand would be on the deal button. Anyone else?

I think a site with stats like these would sell in the range of 3-5k with ease.

I'd also say set the bin at around $6k and just see what offers come in if nobody bids the bin.

    Can I know the URL?

Thanks for the advice guys, if you want to know the url, PM me. Hell, if you're interested, make me an offer. :) Though I'm probably not going to consider anything less than $4000 since it's my main money maker.

And there's no work needed to maintain the site, it's been running by itself for 4-5 months.

I'm planning on submitting some more articles and see how much that effects sales, but I'm still willing to sell right now if I get a good offer. I need to build myself a new computer and don't have the funds at the moment.

based on the stats i would say around 5-6k, but why sell now or even think about selling now i would market it some more for a few more month and build up the stats some more...... in return gain more money on the sale of the site.

I've been thinking hard about that JNRCORPS, trust me. But right now it would be hard to turn down a 5 or 6k offer. If I sold my site I'd probably turn around and make another one in a similar way, see if I can replicate my success.

But still, if anyone is interested PM me or email me at

Well since it´s generating revenue by itself even not being updated, and the revenue is nice enough, i´d suggest something between $3500 to $4500 depending on the layout/looks of the site, on the niche on the traffic (you said it´s all from marketing, but from SE´s? from other links? etc).

I would also focus that you could updated it an generate an even greater revenue before selling so the buyer see´s the full potential of your site.

    Good luck with the sale.

Well, I tried listing the site for sale here on Digital Point but it seems I don't have enough posts yet to do so. If anyones still interested email or PM me, I'll probably be listing the site on SitePoint.com sometime in the next few days.

    Thanks for all the advice,
    Chad

    PS.

Will sell site for $5000 right now. Anything less won't be accepted.
