Selling Male Enhancement Site - $1000+ in January

I've decided to put my male enhancement affiliate site up for sale here on DigitalPoint. We've already had a discussion about it here :

Site is a PR3 with around 40+ backlinks and is a little under 10 months old.

The site gets it's traffic from articles that I've written. You have to understand that I have not touched this site in many months and it has constantly been bringing me money. All traffic is organic and I don't pay anything but hosting fees. The site did over $1000 in January and has brought me an average of $350+ per month so far. With a little more marketing it could easily do $1000+ each and every month.

I'm not going to let this site go for less than 12 months revenue, since it is my main money maker. So bidding will begin at $2000 with increments of $250.

BIN is at $5500

Domain is hosted at namecheap.com. Will push it to buyer.

$1000 a month is possible as my stats prove. Overall it has been $350+ a month. I have not done any traffic generation for over 6 months and it has still made over $1000 in a single month. All that traffic is from 2-3 articles... so yes it has potential and I think that is a buying point. Writing 10-20 articles could easily double the sales and I've thought about it but want to sell the site as I need to liqudate it for the money right now. The site will make over $4000 this year so I will most likely not be selling it for less.

Understandable, $4,000 is a lot to invest for a lot of people. Ask as many questions as you'd like

 

you mentioned articles?? exactly what is being sold? Im sure people can find male enchancement articles all over the net without ever having to pay anything for them...

 

The site brings in traffic through article marketing. The site sells male enhancement pills. Average affiliate profit per sale is somewhere in the $80 range.

Haha, yes.. it is an interesting product. Brings in high affiliate sales, thats why I choose it. But hey.. people still buy it

How are the pills ordered and shipped...dropshipped... and how much time do you spend to operate the operation.

 

The company takes care of the whole operation, this is an affiliate site, not a direct outlet for Extagen. I haven't spent any time on the site since June of '07 so it's basically running on its own right now. If someone wanted to do some traffic generation that would increase profits greatly, but I haven't done any since June.

I'm intrested but my alexa is showing this site getting no traffic at all, can you elaborate before I place a bid pleast thanks

 

You can check my affiliate stats above, it does receive traffic, not tons of traffic but enough to produce the sales you see. I don't really know why Alexa doesn't have stats for it, as the site is over 9 months old. My only guess is the niche doesn't receive much Alexa traffic.

PS. I just went to check my mail and received most likely my last check I'll receive from them. It's for $429 for 15 days affiliate sales.

 

I'll be ending this auction on Midnight this Wednesday. If the reserve price of $3500 isn't met, I'll be listing it on Sitepoint.

I'm putting out a one time offer for my site. I'm looking to sell it soon, so the first person to offer me $3500 straight up right now will get the site. If there is no action here by tomorrow, I will be closing the auction and relisting on Sitepoint. This is the only time the site will be up for $3500.
