First of all congrats to you CypherHackz for this achievement. Keep one thing in your mind that to achieve PR4 at your web directory is not that much hard but to keep it for longer is hard DON.

thank you all. yup, i agree that to maintain the pr is really difficult. right now what im doing is to submit my directory to other directories as much as i can. hopefully the next update the pr will increase or atleast it maintains with pr4. hotpop, what i did was i submitted my directory to other directories. you can found a lot of free directories in dp forum. go to directories announcement forum and search for free directories. good luck! -cypher.

Congratulations! Well done! Now, having an experience of submitting your site, can you tell me how do you treat free directories, which suggest you give them a reciprocal link? Do you link back? It seems a problem for me. I would like to submit some of my sites to free directories but I rarely wish to give them a reciprocal link due to irrelevance...

Congrats for your success. But- I had similiar thing-- back in April, I got PR6 on a 1 month old directory. I kept the same in October - but this time it has become PR0. Don't play with PR and sell your directory listings for PR ( though innerpages don't have PR on ur directory). Google speis are always lurking on DP and if they find you that you are promoting your directory on the basis of PR-- they will do what they did to me. Believe me my friend-- I have gone through this. Just keep on developing it, try to generate traffic and position it as advertising option. Google has no problem if you can do that. Otherwise.........
i suggest do not try to sell links on your home page. if you sell you could get pr 2 on next update. congrats
i submit to directories which does not require reciprocal link. there are tons in dp. just use the keyword "free" and you will get the results you want. erks! thank you. hope they will not take back the pr. yup, it is still new. there is no pr in the inner pages. thanks for the advice. i am not planning to sell links on my directory homepage. i will stick to accept link submissions only. thanks.
