Shawn is the biggest threat to DP

failing to stop the influx of scammers and allowing them to buy/sell the tools of their trade, (forged/stolen paypal accounts, forged bank accounts, forged documents to obtain the above, and money exchanges, draws in the scammers that spoil DP from what it once was, to a laughing stock of webmaster forums.)

i bet 20% of new DP accounts are made for scamming sooner or later.

I can agree with that, if these were forbidden, it would eliminate most of the problems. However, greed will always attract a new scam. If you look at the majority of scams, the person who got scammed used little or no common sense because they were greedy or it was easy.

Here is an example of the newest I got scammed thread:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=575176

His reasoning was "I knew he looked like a scammer but I was desperate and I asked him not to cheat me."

With marks like this, why wouldn't scammers flock to this forum.

I have always said that DP is: The forum where Scammers, Spammers, and Noobs hide. There is no way to defeat them, this is why I took a month "break" from here. We need more good mods to do something.
