PDF attachment size

Currently the PDF attachment is 19k..that's extremely small.

Google Analytics exports PDF's and can help with site sales. It's convenient to be able to upload quickly the export from Google. A years worth of stats is about 150k. Would it be possible to increase the limit? I don't believe PDF uploads would be abused here.
