I use wordpress but I can't arrange the category orders

I use wordpress 2.3.1. the most up-to-date one and I still can't arrange the order of my categories, please help.

You should be able to change the category order by going into "Manage" and then selecting "Categories". Once there, click "Edit" on the category, and inside that edit page on the right side should be a "Category Order" field (I forget what it's called, but it sets the order the category appears in).

Or at least it should - I'm not at home right now so I don't have access to my copy of WordPress (I don't use easy to remember passwords).
