    the name aviva has been being used way longer than the aviva directory they cant do anything about it so just leave this person alone and all you people need to stop trying to scare him... they can only have the name trademark in a certain way ie.. drawn a certain way or with a certain tag line. all in all they cant do anything to him. if thats the case and they can sue people to get the name lol!!! they need to start here on this list http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfiel...h&a_search=Submit+Query&a_search=Submit+Query

    i understand your love for this so called avivadirectory anyways

    - avivadirectory is not a trademark
    - nothing legal can be done coz "Aviva" word is bieng used by many people and companies aswell
    - directory is a word even if its trademarked it can still be used in places

    so according to me i have done nothing wrong.

    there are some people on this forum who wanna make issues out of everything i cant help it
