Whats that got to do with www.avivadirectory.com ?

 

I think there is some problem with image verification, I have done several time to submit code but its showing - invalid code only.

That would be a little late as Aviva is a global brand for a giant insurance company in the UK and worldwide, an application 'could' I only say 'could', render an application, a; open to objection, b; a counterclaim for trademark infringement. I doubt Aviva would be interested in avivadirectory as its been around just over 2 years and has gained a good enough trading rep to merit its own common law right to the title. Avivadir on the other hand was registered 15-may-2007 and as its used as a directory in the same line, even using the same script it would be an incredibly easy case to prove of passing off.

A complaint to ICAAN or WIPO would be the way to go if Aviva Directory wish to protect what I see as a pretty heavy investment in thier name.
