Hello, I am VERY annoyed with all the crappy reseller s*** that is on DP with there 30% uptime and garbage "24/7 support" that is offline 23/7 I need hosting for my network of sites in my sig.. They get around 14,000 uniques per day and really i cant afford even 5 minutes of downtime.. I need reliable. Flawless 24/7 support that wont make up STUPID excuses like "its fine on our site" "up in 2 minutes hold on" then its down for hours. I cant have that. Every minute of downtime i have just lost 100 visitors. So if you feel you have what i require then reply here or send me a PM. If you dont.. dont even bother.. Requirements: 100mb disk space 200gb bandwidth 16 total domains Will NOT suspend my domains EVER as they will never change there way that they are now. Not in USA (Canada is preferred) Can handle around 3,000 people being connected at once. 99.99% uptime but have an average of 100% the past month and a half* Again if you meet these requirements let me know Thanks.

Hello, Clever questions.. But basicly its not much to do with such a letter, if you recive it! Then it just to send a mail back explaining that the content of the site is legal according to the US law, and therefor we don't see any reason to cut you off.. We would offcours also tell Fox that because they have the rights to the content you link to, doesn't mean that they have rights to the content on your site.. And to if they were going to shut down something, then they should start with the websites that actually host their copyrighted files.. You cannot offer him something that he did not ask for which is U.S. Hosting. He simply asked for Canadian hosting or anything none U.S. an you came along and offered your terrible hosting solutions which he won't even take into consideration.

Another trick i have learnt, Round-Robin routing is your friend. That way you can have multiple hosts and have literally 100% uptime if you do it right
With the way you introduced your requirements you should be accepting any price no matter what expensive it will be just to meet your *so custom* needs
