Hello Met0555, I would love to congratulate you on your unique one of a kind TemplateMonster template must've cost you a fortune. Now seeing that you are only accepting yearly packages is great seeing that they are for $12/year only problem is you cannot offer 99.9% uptime guarantee seeing that you are using a shared web hosting plan provided by DreamHost, correct me if I am wrong cause I know you will try and defend yourself and say you got a vps from them but you don't seeing that fact that you are using DreamHost nameservers. If you had your own vps provided by dreamhost your nameservers would've been ns1.ethiohost.net and ns2.ethiohost.net also what is funny too is that you do not have a billing system, you have some piece of crap coded send mail thingy to do your orders. I know for sure if you can afford one of DreamHost VPS you can afford a good quality billing system like WHMCS, Modernbill, or even the cheapest around lately ClientExec. In your advertisement and you said Adult sites are accepted as long as they are legal hmmm, I think you need to be clear on that seeing that you do not have a refund program which kinda doesn't make sense its suppose to be a refund policy but anyways you need to be a bit more specific and say that the adult content has to be legal according to the laws of the United States. Not everyone will and can fully comprehend what you mean by that. The client can get there account created and you think is legal because you don't know any better or how DreamHost operates. DreamHost will then contact you and ask for you to remove the adult site because of violates and you have to do without giving the client a heads up or anything but you get to still keep the money and move on seeing that you do not have a refund policy. Anyways you got alot to learn when entering the web hosting business especially doing it the way you do.

As long as you do not say that you offer 99.9% uptime you will be safe because seeing that you are using DreamHost you will get terminated if you hit atleast 20 -30 accounts especially the ones that takes up cpu usage and resources.
