Thats the corrupt ex-admins.Every forum community will have someone corrupt. I too had one. Thats all.

He cannot move any posts or members. I revoked the admin access from him.

That sale did not go .The buyer did not respond after that and then i thought of keeping it for some more time.

 

You didn't mention the "corrupt admin" in your previous post and you also say, and I quote:

One way to easily solve potentially problem sales like this is to simply use an escrow service as opposed to PayPal. I would recommend the buyer in this case do just that.

Time proved how the admin was corrupt and regarding the adsense, when i had put the website for sale earlier i was having negligible adsense revenue for the month of July and the quote about putting the ads was for Adbrite. I would be glad to keep this for myself only problem is the heavy traffic to this.If you feel there is something fishy about this trade please move on.I dont have any complaints.

Yes, thats right. As i told you , this site has got heavy traffice and my server was unable to keep up with it.So, i had to take it done a few times.

 

Time doesn't prove anything to me (not sure what you meant there?) and as far as revenue is concerned the question posed was "any revenue?" to which you replied "I just added the advertisements, so cannot tell you anything on that." If you previously had AdSense up, then why blanket your response that way? According to the screenshot you added here the forum made in the realm of $500 in July.

I will most definitely move on and I don't mean to cast you in a negative light. This is a risky business; I'm simply pointing out some things that a potential buyer should keep in mind. I would be interested in bidding if things were a little more clear.

In the meantime: please add a revenue screenshot that clearly shows the name of the site in the channel list.
