Why status is showing "is an unknown quantity at the moment"

    Although i am not well versed abt the DP rules and regulations but i can surely say that i havnt offended anyone nor have done some illegal thing than why my status chaged from "is on a distinguished road" to "is an unknown quantity at the moment". Can I improve it or its improved or what :?

    but i didnt understood one thing, this rep thing could be easily exploited...or am i wrong here.........any one can give rep to anyone blindly whether he is glad with some one or angry. correct me if i am wrong.

    well, now i know abt +rep / itrader etc...but could someone highlight these:
    For how long and who ban the users (any bots etc, can v see them). Also, after how long one can give +rep/-rep to someone again?
