25-35 USD CPM for a Funny Videos site seems high .. USD4 seems more right.

If what you say is correct. There may be a possibility that some guys were paying you for CPM ads... Therefore you had high CPM .. but after a while the guys thought that you werent converting very well so cancelled the ad. Hence more clicks but less money and CPM.
