You are 100% correct. I am glad that you are doing something you like, good luck with your new website.
Thanks for the laugh..you really have a great imagination. Bunnies are funny. That reminds me of the time when I had brought a pair of bunnies..one morning I went outside to check on them. I look on the ground and 1 little newborn baby bunny was there. I look again saw another, and another one until at one point I thought I was int he twig ht zone. I found at least 8 or 9 of them. Darn it freak me out!
Ha ha Funny domain... Another list of Blacklisted sites (other than aviva) What more are you going to add ?
hell look at all these posts about people... 1. Removing links 2. Deleting entire databases then claiming lost database 3. Straight out Ripoffs 4. Domain Thieves 5. Script pushers (Attempted brainwashing) 6. NoN payment for services rendered and the list is virtually endless..... let me finish a few beers and ill have about 20 more hhehehehe thx malcolm
Agree with Malcom. You should make a category for each QBC offense and put each post in the respective area. Cool idea lots of potential.
what about designer / coder that ask for full payment first before work done and after that did a crappy work. I can give you the name if this is also eligible as QBC
Good One..I had that happen to me. Pay in advance to code and design a template. The guy shown me a template that belong to someone else. Anyway, 4 DP members where somehow involved trying to fixed what the scammer had done..
!Ask!, I know you and lots of folks are having some fun with the newly created QBC site and I fully understand your intentions. Just like lots of folks here in this forum, I too have had the misfortune of getting ripped off not only on links, but actual site and domain purchases totaling a heck of a lot more than some of these $10-$50 dollar link scams. My concern for what you are doing with your new site is that You should be very careful. You have deliberatley created a site which at this point is dedicated to pointing the finger of wrong doing at individuals and in some cases what may be legititmate businesses. While this may seem harmless to you and others, you are putting yourself in a very dangerous spot. Should one of these folks (the accused) take this serious enough, they could very well have you in court for what is commonly referred to as defamation, and/or libel. Since these postings that you are making on your site are not your personal experiences and you have no actual proof other than DP postings made by people whom could essentially be anyone behind a screen name. Check out this link for a better definition: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slander_and_libel Point is...have fun but be very careful. I know you have good intentions and it is a terrible thing when one of us gets ripped off. However, I think it is better for all of us if the (accused) stay accused within the confines of the DP forum or the medium where the alleged rip off occured. Just my 2Cents here. Take it for what it's worth. tom
Ask brother plz don't forget to add this: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=307284 Surely a QBC there! Btw.. thanks for starting another brillant concept like jeff's Directory Blacklist! Such things are very necessary in this industry. Gr8 bro... excellent!
great work, keep the list updated. here is one for u http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=349622
Simply fantastic concept. May be as some members said -Categories of QBCs should be there to make the BLOG more organized.
Well the site is update with some new QBC,if you know of someone that should be added fell free to post or PM me, thanks.
Ask, Great site!! Can you add some sort of listserv feature to this site? This would be an especially great service for directory owners. When someone gets a tonerboss.com type listing, they could email to the listserve and all directory owners would get an email right away. This way we could all ban the URL in the admin screen right away. WDYT? Morty
Ahh, so i find the links Will blog about it in a while, i like the PUN and this would keep the offenders at bay
