I've used Sandra for a ton of subs and they were all done without any trouble. What exactly is the scam here?

 

RED reps for all MODS if they dont spit there justification /reason behind banning sandrarocks in next 12 hours..

I don't think they are allowed to give out the reason why they are banned. At least thats how i know it. Only the member can when they get back. Correct me if im wrong.

OP thinks Sandra is scammer because her paypal address and one another member's (husband's) paypal address are same.

No, but you should have confirmed it by PMming the concerned person and a moderator, instead of playing Sherlock Holmes straightaway. After all she didn't harm you in anyway, did she?

Before your arrival, 45 others had transactions with her and not even a single negative can be found among her iTraders. Do you think all 45 were foolish enough to deal with a scammer? And never call someone a scammer, until he/she actually scammed someone.

Also you should have used some common sense before starting a thread like this. If she wanted to scam you, she would have never used the word rajat.pay anywhere in her id. Even for paypal, she could have added another email id to the same paypal account and used it instead.

I am not blaming you completely. Your intentions might be pure, but your approach is very rude.

 

A great service provider [/Bhas been banned, its someone who never scammed anyone, i always heard great reviews and feedback about sandra, this ban will certainly affect her daily life,family...because of the revenue she was generating from DP, this is very sad, but if its a duplicate account then i guess nobody is above the rules.

 

Guys these both are different points -
Service provider > which everyone is referring to
Wrong business Tactics > which op is referring to
oh yes iam waiting for your reds too as they wont effect my xxxx reps

 

Dont be too hard on Tany. Like I said earlier im sure the intentions were genuine.

Its now down to the Mods to see that there has been a mistake and un ban Sandra.

I've asked the OP to close this thread - it'll just drift out of sight and hopefully no long lasting effects.

 

It's their forum, they can run it however they want. That's what is called "freedom." This is private property. If anyone doesn't like the rules, they can find another forum to hang out on.

The fellow was banned for scamming, and then he started doing business under his wifes name. He's avoiding the ban and she's aiding him. Seems like an open and shut case to me.

It doesn't matter if the second account was spamming anyone or not. Avoiding a ban is reason enough for a second ban. It's like getting caught for driving after your license is revoked.

 

She doesn't seem to be a scammer, but having the same IP and/or personal info is usually enough to get banned until someone can settle it.

 

Well the point is OP has some problem with that guy/gal he posted it and expected the result from the mods,
Mods did their job - no idea where this new set of noobs/newbees in dp came in a mob and started attacking the OP saying he is a great service provider but seems ignored what op was really interested in.

 

well Im very new to DP, but i have read all the pages and every post of every member. well SEOspider just wanted to every one know that Feb and sandra are one and the same.

1. Who knows that Feb and sandra got married?? if yes proof please
2. sandra could be lying, she could be the feb
3. Seospider concern was, she was using multiple ids to get all the orders for herself. she could have done it in a good manner.


Now positives

1. sandra is a good service provider
2. this is not scam, but a matter of ethics about dp rules of multiple accounts.

Even if there are good reviews, its all about Ethics and following DP rules, lets have a ban of one month.

Since now every one knows both are wife and husband after the ban, she could provide a good service again
